do you think callie and arizona will end this season in a happy, healthy relationship?

i think the diane sides may end up having something to do with arizona after all. since diane is a peds nurse, arizona could be listening to the interaction between diane and nancy (we don’t know who else is present in the scene). if she later has a scene with nancy (which we won’t know about because the nancy sides weren’t released), this could show her character coming full circle this season.
in 7x01 arizona tells teddy she’s open to having kids, “just not right now,” and also voices her fears that callie might propose. so we’d go from arizona not wanting to get married or have kids in 7x01, to deciding to stay with callie and be a parent, to being the one who proposes marriage, and in the finale helping someone who doesn’t necessarily want to be a mother but finds herself in that position anyway.
there’s your “character growth” shonda promised for the end of the season.

Karev definitely has a major storyline this season despite having so little attention paid to it: his family. Back toward the beginning, at Christina and Owen’s house warming party, he told Mer about how his brother was diagnosed schizophrenic after trying to kill his little sister. He drove all the way to Iowa (or Idaho? I can’t remember) and back to take care of it. Maybe the unaccompanied minor is his sister coming to Seattle to stay with him because of the situation at home, and then Derek and Meredith taking her in for some reason.
first i want to point out that you’re assuming nancy is an unaccompanied minor (we only know she’s a new mom who just gave birth to a premature baby, is unprepared and uncertain about being a mother, and has a complicated relationship with her boyfriend). also, the connection with merder was purely my own speculation and not in the sides at all.
Three short sides are out for the finale:
One thing in common with the 3 is that it appears (to me) they are trying to get patients out of the hospital.
